At Nørlo Outdoor, our hats are proudly manufactured in the UK using a meticulous process that ensures exceptional quality. Our manufacturer employs a small batch production approach, allowing us to focus on the finer details and deliver hats that surpass expectations.
We searched for months and months and finally found a small, UK based, family knitwear business, that take great pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. We had even tried making the hats ourselves, but with two full time jobs this just wasn’t plausible.
Due to their expertise as a wool manufacturing specialists since the year 2000, our manufacturers were able to utilise our premium-quality Alpaca Wool to create hats that are not only durable but also provide excellent warmth and comfort with the least amount of waste. With both of our visions aligned, the commitment to excellence and durability shines through in every hat we produce.
